Because things can get busy at Upside, we ask residents and members to post upcoming projects on our calendar, especially larger projects or those needing project-based leases.
The dry erase calendar is mounted on the wall across from the bathroom. Just write your name and estimated date in the month that your project will be built.
Please communicate directly with each other about potential conflicts, to see if sharing space will be feasible. Thanks in advance for being flexible.
Short projects (1-2 days) don’t need to be posted, unless they might require a project-based lease. Just reserve space for those in Google calendar instead.
We encourage posting as soon as your project becomes likely. This will give us an idea of how busy the space will be in any given month, and helps avoid overbooking.
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks notice before your build date begins for me to make proper accommodations within the space.
This is a communication tool, not a guarantee that space will be available. Space rental in the building will be granted on a first come first served basis.
As your project moves closer to being confirmed please contact me and we will discuss details of your project-based lease.
